POTATOES ON THE GRILL 
1 good sized potato per person
Butter
Fresh chives
Salt & pepper
Aluminum foil

Slice potato. Spread butter on top, one pat per potato. Sprinkle on fresh chives. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake on grill. Turn at 10 to 15 minute intervals until fork tender. THEN SERVE WITH A THICK STEAK!
