1 box yellow cake mix
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 German chocolate bar, grated
6 oz. pkg. chocolate morsels

Mix all of the above ingredients together and pour into a tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Taste just like chocolate chip cookies!
