CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding (4 serving size)
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
1 whole bar German sweet chocolate, grated

After grating German chocolate, reserve 1/4 cup for topping.

Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) and beat for 3 minutes. Fold in grated chocolate and chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

While hot, sprinkle with 1/4 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup grated chocolate mixture. Let cool for 1 hour before turning out on plate.
