CHOCOLATE CARROT CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Add carrots, stir through last add coconut and nuts. Bake 50 minutes in 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees.
