POLLO CON QUESO 
1 chicken
1 c. sour cream
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 tbsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk

Boil chicken. Separate meat from bone. Leave meat in chunks; add cooked rice. Set aside. In saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, and spices. Cook until hot. Add small amount to chicken mixture to moisten. Lay 1 tortilla in 9 inch pan. Spread 1/3 meat mixture on top. Add another tortilla on top. Continue to layer with meat until gone, ending with tortilla. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle small amount shredded Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
