CHICKEN SUPREME 
1 chicken or hen, 3-4 lbs.
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Cook until tender. Take chicken off bone and put in baking dish (large). Cover with broth from cooked chicken.

DRESSING:

8 c. cubed bread
2 onions (more if sm.), chopped
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix together bread crumbs and onions. Add baking powder to milk. Pour milk mixture and beaten eggs over bread crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Put the dressing mixture over the chicken and broth. Top this with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325 degrees (cover casserole dish).
