AUTUMN SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion, chopped
4 c. hot water
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. potatoes, chopped
2 med. cans tomatoes
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. sweet basil
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brown meat and onions. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Season to taste. Yield: 6 servings.
