INDIVIDUAL MEAT LOAVES 
1 egg, beaten
1 cup soft bread cubes
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
dash pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
6 sticks Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese

Combine first seven ingredients; mix well. Cut cheese sticks in half and wrap each stick in meat mixture. Combine sauce ingredients and pour into large pan or electric skillet. Bring sauce to a slow boil and add meat loaves then bring sauce to a simmer. Let meat loaves simmer in the sauce for 30 minutes or until done. Serve the sauce over noodles.

Sauce:

2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
