FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 cube butter

Mix together and press in bottom of pizza pan. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix together and spread over crust. Beginning in the center (arrange in circles) add grapes, bananas, strawberries, kiwi fruit and mandarin orange slices.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. apricot jam
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. butter
