BAR - B - Q RIBS 
3-4 lbs. ribs or chicken
1 lemon
1 lg. onion
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
2 or more dashes of Tabasco sauce
2 c. water

Place ribs in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. Place a slice of lemon and one of onion on each piece. Roast in very hot oven (450 degrees) 30 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and pour over ribs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) until tender and sauce has cooked down. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes.
