DOROTHY'S POTATOES | |
1 (2 lb.) bag crumbled hash browns 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream 4 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 1 dash pepper Mix all above ingredients except 2 cups of cheddar cheese in large bowl. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle remaining 2 cups of cheddar on top and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
