RAINBOW ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 chocolate cake mix
1 qt. pistachio ice cream
Milk
Chopped pistachio nuts
1 qt. strawberry ice cream
2 (2 oz.) envs. whipped cream mix
Red food coloring

Prepare cake mix in 9 inch pans according to directions. Cool and remove from pans. Split each layer in 1/2. Place 2 (18 inch) lengths of plastic wrap into 2 (8 inch) cake pans. Spread half the strawberry ice cream evenly in each pan. Top with half the pistachio ice cream. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to use. Using 3 cake layers and 2 pans of ice cream alternate layers; freeze. Make pink whipped topping and frost cake. Add nuts on top.
