ANGEL'S DELIGHT CAKE 
1 brick style angel cake
Strawberry jam
Macaroon cookies
Sherry
Strawberry ice cream
Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Cut brick style angel cake into 3 horizontal layers. Spread strawberry topping over 1 layer of cake, sprinkle with crumbled macaroon cookies marinated (sprinkled) in small amount sherry. Layer strawberry ice cream. Repeat. Place final layer of cake and frost with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Freeze. 15 minutes before serving remove from freezer.
