SUNDAY MORNING EGGS 
8 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 can condensed soup
3/4 c. ham, turkey or shell fish, diced (you may use a mixture)

Microwave peppers (on high) 1 minute. Add onion and microwave 1 minute more. Add all ingredients to eggs and mix well. Make sure the soup is not lumpy. This may be refrigerated overnight. Put eggs in well greased 9"x9" glass or ceramic dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
