1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
4 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. diced parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. ground pepper

Mix together and marinate fish.
