BEEF FLANK STEAK, BARBECUED 
1 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 (2 - 2 1/2 lb.) flank steak

Combine first 8 ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Place meat in baking dish and pour marinade over. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning meat once or twice. Pan fry or broil to desired degree of doneness. Carve meat by slicing diagonally. Yield: 8.
