YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. roast beef drippings

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix salt, flour and baking powder; add milk gradually to form a smooth paste. Add eggs and beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Cover bottom of 8 inch square pan with drippings. Pour mixture in pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer. Cut in squares for serving.

Note: This is a traditional English "must" to accompany roast beef".
