INDIVIDUAL CHEESE CAKES 
1 box vanilla wafer
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 lg. eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients thoroughly. Put cupcake paper in cupcake pan. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each paper. Fill 2/3 full of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Top with canned pie filling.
