GRANNY'S OYSTER DRESSING 
1 loaf stale French bread
1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 eggs
2 dozen oysters
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
Pinch thyme
Salt and pepper to taste

Moisten bread. Saute onions and celery in butter. Add all ingredients; mix well. Cook on low fire with cover on. Stir occasionally. Cook for 1 hour.
