GOLDEN BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER
SOUP
 
1 sm. head cauliflower, or 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen broccoli
2 c. water
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 c. cheese, shredded
2 c. milk

Cook cauliflower or broccoli in 1 cup water until tender. Drain and save liquid. Chop broccoli or cauliflower. Cook onion in butter until tender. Add remaining water, bouillon and flour. Cook until thick. Add cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
