CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT | |
1 c. water 1/2 c. butter 1 c. flour 4 eggs 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) size Cool Whip 1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding Hersheys syrup Heat water and butter to boiling, add flour and stir vigorously until a ball forms. Remove from heat and beat in eggs 1 at a time. Spread evenly in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Crust will look bubbly, press down lightly to remove air. Cool. TOPPING: Prepare pudding according to directions on box. Beat in softened cream cheese. Spread on cooled crust, then top with a layer of Cool Whip, just before serving drizzle Hershey's syrup on top. Refrigerate. Enjoy! |
