BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
1 sm. red onion
6-9 strips bacon
3/4-1 c. raisins
Cole slaw dressing (Marzetti's or your favorite)

Wash and drain broccoli. Cut strips of bacon into 1 inch pieces. Cook until crisp, draining grease as needed. Cut the florets off of the broccoli into bite-size pieces, leaving very little steam. Place in bowl.

Dice up the onion and add to broccoli. Add raisins and cooked bacon. Pour on cole slaw dressing and toss. It generally takes about 3/4 of the Marzetti's bottle.
