2 qts. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. Knox unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to boiling point. Combine cornstarch, eggs and 1/2 cup milk; mix well. Stir into boiling mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat. Cool. Pour into freezer can. Add 2 packages Dream Whip mixed to directions on package. Add milk or cream to fill can. Any kind of fruit may be added before freezing. Freeze according to directions on your ice cream maker.
