PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

Combine meat, rice, and seasonings. Pour sauce over meatballs in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
