PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. pkgd. precooked rice (instant)
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. onion salt

Mix together beef, rice, 1/2 can of soup, egg, water and onion salt. Shape into 12 balls and arrange in a circle in 9 or 10 inch pie plate. Cover with wax paper. Cook on high for 9 to 13 minutes total. Microwave at high for 7 to 9 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 4 minutes.

Spoon topping over meatballs. Microwave at high 2 minutes to heat. If desired mound center of meatballs ring with rice before serving.

TOPPING: Into remaining 1/2 can undiluted tomato soup stir 2 tablespoons ketchup and 1 teaspoon prepared mustard.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
