ZUCCHINI-APPLE PIE 
1 1/4 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. chopped zucchini
3 c. chopped apples
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar

In a small bowl mix Bisquick, milk, sugar and butter. Spread into a pie dish. Cook zucchini and apples with 1/3 cup water in microwave oven 6-8 minutes. Drain very well. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons flour over apple-zucchini mixture. Cool. Sprinkle 1 tablespoons flour over Bisquick crust. Then slowly pour zucchini mixture over crust. Top with crumb crust made from last 4 ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
