ZUCCHINI JELLY 
6 c. grated zucchini (use meat grinder)
6 c. sugar
6 oz. Jello, any flavor (raspberry is good)

Cook zucchini for 6 minutes until it comes to boil. Keep stirring so it doesn't burn. Add sugar and boil another 6 minutes. Add Jello and mix until dissolved good. Put in jars. Keep in refrigerator.
