ITALIAN PEPPERS 
14 sm. green peppers
1 lg. zucchini
2 med. tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 lg. can mushrooms
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. olive oil
Salt, pepper and basil to taste

Cut up vegetables, add to oil along with sugar and spices to taste. Cook in large skillet or bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Can be served warm or cold as a side dish or relish. Keep in refrigerator.
