TURKEY & RICE CASSEROLE 
Prepare instant rice per package directions. Brown ground turkey in 10-inch skillet with granulated garlic or cloves. Do not drain as turkey produces water, not fat. Add tomato soup, diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Season with parsley and basil.

Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add cooked instant rice and allow to heat through.

Top with cheddar cheese and cover for 5 minutes, cheese will melt. Serve topped with sour cream.
