ICE CREAM PUDDING 
1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
3 tablespoons sugar
1 stick melted butter
2 pkg French vanilla Instant Pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 of 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
8-12 oz. Cool Whip

CRUST: Crush crackers and mix with butter and sugar, put in bottom of 9x12-inch dish. Press to form crust.

In a large bowl mix the 2 packages of pudding and milk, add the ice cream and mix all together, Pour over cracker crust in 9x12-inch dish.

Spread Cool Whip over the top and spread out. Refrigerate overnight or 6 hours, before attempting to cut.

*** Flavors to try: chocolate pudding and vanilla ice cream, Chocolate pudding and chocolate ice cream, mint chocolate chip ice cream and vanilla pudding, cookies and cream pudding and ice cream... ENJOY!!!
