BAKED STUFFED SOLE 
1 1/2 lbs. fillet of sole
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can shrimp or clams
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Combine crackers, shrimp, and butter. Spoon mixture onto fillets. Roll up and place in baking pan. Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted. Pour mixture over fillets. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
