BAKED FILET OF SOLE WITH SHRIMP
SAUCE
 
1 lb. filet of sole (or flounder)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter
Pinch of paprika

Arrange fish in buttered 6 x 10 inch baking dish (a roasting rack/grate inside the pan will keep the fish above the sauce).

Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Combine soup with milk until smooth. Pour over fish.

Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over fish and sauce. Sprinkle with paprika.

Cover and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 10 minutes. Uncover, bake 10 to 15 minutes until brown and bubbling hot.
