BAKED PINEAPPLE CUSTARD 
6 slices bread, cubed and browned in 1 stick butter
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (including juice, unsweetened - if sweetened, use less sugar)

Line casserole with cubed, browned bread. Add remaining ingredients, mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
