BANANA LOAF 
1 3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 sliced ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 c. soft fat or shortening
3/4 c. sugar

In a mixing bowl, sift flour, soda, salt, and cream of tartar. In a blender, blend for about 20 seconds, until smooth bananas, eggs, fat or shortening, and sugar. Pour blender contents over flour mix. Combine gently. Pour into greased 8x4 inch loaf pan. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
