1 lemon cake mix
2 c. Ricotta
1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs

In cake dish larger than 13 x 9 inches. Mix cake per the directions. Beat remaining ingredients together thoroughly and then pour over already prepared cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
