CHEESECAKE CLASSIC 
1 Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Mix until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour in filling. Bake 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. In small bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes; cool. Chill.

This is a great recipe. Instead of the sour cream topping try using a can of pie filling.Try strawberry, cherry, apple, blueberry, lemon, peach, raspberry or pineapple topping. depending on type of cheesecake you desire.
