BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
12 oz. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
1 lg. onion
6 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 tbsp. salt

Mix all together except cornbread mix. Add last and stir. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until brown. You may wish to add mushrooms or cheese.
