MARINATED CARROTS 
5 c. carrots (40 oz.), frozen
1 med. onion
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 green pepper
2 cans whole mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. regular mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Mix all liquids together, stir well. Pour on to vegetables and marinate 12 hours.
