MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans
1 c. chopped onion
1 mango, chopped
1 jar pimentos, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. pepper

Drain corn and beans. Mix all vegetables in large bowl. Mix together sugar, oil, salt, vinegar, and pepper. Pour dressing mixture over vegetables. Toss until well covered. Chill until ready to serve.
