1 pot roast, trim all fat off

Cook on low heat in crockpot overnight. Shred or slice beef and return to crockpot. Add:

2 c. water
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
