3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. chopped apples

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil, and honey. Sift together and add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add vanilla, walnuts, and apples. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. honey

Boil 2 1/2 minutes on stove and pour over hot cake.
