4 med. sweet potatoes
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter

Cut sweet potatoes like French fries. Put in dish with sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cut butter on top of potatoes and pour water over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours until thick syrup in dish.
