POT ROAST 
1 (3 lb.) beef roast
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cans mushroom soup
2 env. dry onion soup mix

Arrange roast in roaster on large sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread mushroom soup over roast; sprinkle with onion soup mix. Fold foil around roast; seal edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
