MOCHA MILKSHAKE 
3/4 c. evaporated skimmed milk, undiluted and chilled
1/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. chocolate-flavored syrup
1/2 tsp. instant coffee granules
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Ice cubes

Combine first 5 ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until foamy. Slowly add enough ice cubes to bring mixture to the 3-cup line. Process until smooth. Serve immediately. Yield: 3 cups; 88 calories per 1-cup serving.
