MEXICAN RELISH DIP 
4-5 diced tomatoes
2 cans chopped black olives
2 sm. cans diced green chiles
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. salad oil
Salsa to taste
Green onions, chopped, to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Chill to combine flavors. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a relish on quesadillas or other mild Mexican foods.
