MEXICAN YULETIDE COOKIES 
1 c. butter, soft
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat butter creamy, add sugar, continue to beat. Add vanilla and flour. Blend well. Stir in oats and nuts, mix well. Shape into balls and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. While warm sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
