BAMBINOS 
4 dozen cracker rounds (Ritz works well)
Ketchup (squeeze bottle type is the easiest)
About 2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni (48)
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Dried oregano

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Spread crackers out on ungreased cookie sheet. Squirt a dab of ketchup on each cracker, top with pepperoni. Cut cheese into 1 inch squares and place one on each cracker. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes. (Yields 4 dozen canapes)
