PETER'S 9 SPICE CURRY HUMMUS
This Hummus is great with grilled Naan or any type of starch you can imagine as well as on sandwiches or wraps! It's a great dip to make heads turn and eyebrows raise in enjoyment when they taste the bold flavors of my favorite dip!

2 cups chickpeas or garbanzo beans
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt (I use Kosher)
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. paprika

In a food processor: add chickpeas or garbanzo beans, Tahini, lemon juice and olive oil and the 9 spices.

Blend until the Hummus starts becoming a relatively smooth paste. If the Hummus is still too thick simply drizzle in more olive oil while blending or a 1/4 cup of warm water. After you're done processing, spread your Hummus on a cookie sheet and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool. Enjoy!
