COMPANY CHICKEN | |
6 chicken breasts 3/4 c. chopped onion 6 stalks celery, sliced 3 cans cream of chicken soup 1 c. mayonnaise TOPPING: 1 pkg. stuffing mix 3 eggs 1 stick melted butter Saute chicken in butter till it turns white. Cut into pieces and put in flat casserole dish. Saute onion and celery, add soup and mayonnaise. Heat, pour over chicken. Mix topping together, spread over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. (Cover with foil when stuffing is brown. Can easily be doubled for large crowd.) |
