ITALIAN COMPANY CHICKEN | |
1 c. and 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 3 tbsp. instant minced onions 3 1`/2 c. milk 1/2 c. dry white wine 3 c. cooked chicken diced (about 5 breasts) 22 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1 c. almonds (sliced 4 oz. jars pimentos 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese (6 oz.) 10 to 11 oz. cooked spaghetti 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms Parmesan cheese (optional) 9 x 13 1/2 inch casserole dish Mix mayonnaise, flour, onion and garlic salt in saucepan. Gradually cooking and stirring add milk. Cook until thickened; add cheese and wine. Stir until cheese melts. Add rest of ingredients (except broccoli) and mix well. Place broccoli on bottom of pan. Pour rest of ingredients over broccoli. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
